Dr. Delong Liu graduated from Henan Medical University and Shanghai Medical University, China. He received his PhD from the Mt. Sinai Medical Center, and completed residency training at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He had fellowship training at the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. His clinical expertise involves leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma, aplastic anemia, myelodysplasia, and bone marrow transplantation. He has published 120 SCI papers. He has served as PIs and co-PIs in more than 60 clinical trials and is a leader in clinical drug development as well as preclinical research. Liu has been selected as "America’s Top Doctors" by the Castle Connolly Top Doctors, “Top Doctor” by the Guide to America’s Top Oncologist，"New York Metropolitan Top Doctor" by the Castle Connolly Top Doctors, and "Best Hematologist" by the Westcheter Magazine. Delong Liu is the founding Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Hematology & Oncology. He also serves as co-editor-in-chief and associate editor-in-chief in Experimental Hematology & Oncology, Biomarker Research, Stem Cell Investigation, and Frontiers of Medicine. He is a member of ASH and ASCO and the founding president of CAHON.
