The CAHON Event and Education Committee and Career Development Committee have planned a Career Pathways Webinar. This webinar will bring together oncologists from academic, community, industry, and policy settings to discuss career paths available within hematology/oncology. Panelists will share insights on key decision points, mentorship, and the trade-offs that shape professional trajectories, along with common pitfalls and lessons learned. The session will conclude with an interactive Q&A.
