The CAHON Wellness Committee has organized a virtual Wellness Webinar. This webinar will highlight the importance of wellness in the community and provides tips on how members can best support their wellness needs. Members of the committee will present on each topic, then a panel discussion will follow. Panelists will share insights on Social Connection & Fulfillment and Movement & Physical Activity. Each topic will conclude with an interactive Q&A.
