Hongtao Liu, MD, PhD

Hongtao Liu is a hematologist, specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of leukemia, stem cell transplantation and cellular therapy. Dr. Liu is currently an associate professor of medicine at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, directing the program of stem cell transplant and cellular therapy. He received MD and Ph.D. in immunology from Beijing Medical University, he finished his hematology/oncology fellowship training at University of Chicago. Dr. Liu aims to develop novel therapies to fight leukemia and prevent disease relapse. He is an active member of ASH, ASCO, ASBMT and CAHON.
